Find multiple faces with Canon's improved Face Detection technology

Fantastic camera! Exellent photos, video, and battery!
This camera takes excellent photos & videos, and the battery is long-lasting. I just took it on a rim-to-rim hike of the Grand Canyon with 3 days of continuous shooting and I never had to change the battery (I had a spare with me I didn't use). I accidentally dropped this little guy on the ground (rocks) and ended up with only a few superficial scratches (the camera, that is). What a little tank this camera is! I'm very happy with my purchase.

Amazing camera This camera is absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommended. We took over 300 pictures in Yosemite with this camera...the battery lasted several days. There was a lot of smoke in the air and the camera was still able to capture the true beauty of Yosemite. I'm extremely happy I went with the Canon over an Olympus. Excellent Value - couple of small issues
I read all the reviews on this page, and thoght what the hell for that sort of money you cant go wrong. I was pleasantly suprised too, to find it was very good. I have a cupl of small issues though, and they are... There is no "Random" option when playing which can be annoying when i dragged appro 200 tunes from one "dance" folder on my Pc, and cant play them at random. Th second flaw is that the headset port is 2.5mm, and the headset isnt the best. i ended up a 2.5mm jack converter, and used some other headphones which i had knocking around. Overall very pleased but it is a "value for money" product, and not as slick as a Sony or iPod etc

4gb mp4
Once i finally recieved this product i was very pleased with it. It's slim, light and has a large screen (bigger than the ipod). This mp4 plays video's in very high quality and can also store pictures, has a phone book, games mp3 and video. The menu is very easy to navigate around. The music player holds sub folders which is very handy to seperate my music into different categories. It plays each track untill it reaches the end of your folder.
The headphones supplied work well and are stylish, however they just about reach my jeans pocket so it's a bit of a squeeze. The music is very easy to transfer to your mp4 from your computer, and the mp4 comes with an adapter so you can also charge it up through the mains.
Bad points..
The edges of the mp4 are quite rough but it's a good so what do you expect. The headphones only just about reach my pocket for me and i'm short.
The battery life is pretty good, it's lasted me 5 hours in a row so that's fine.
The only other thing i have a problem with is if you pause your music, after a short while it will turn itself off (standby) however i guess this saves battery life and once turned on again it resumes where you left off, so it's no big deal. And the buttons on this mp4 are not touch like the ipod, you have to press them, but i find them easier to use anyway.
Comparing this to the ipod i think it's a great , there is nothing that has gone wrong with mine or that i have any prblems with. I recommend this to anyone who wants a cheapish mp4 that looks stylish and works a treat.

Excellent player but could be improved
The Mp4 player has an excellent screen and comes with 4gb as standard. Video needs to be converted before it can be played on the player - Using the supplied video conversion software I have converted DVD VOB files, avi files and have downloaded then converted youtube videos. I could not convert 3gp files using the supplied software - i had to use other software to convert it to avi before converting it again to the recognised format. The supplied manual is in chinese but you can download an english manual and the player is easy to use anyway. As the earlier review states, the screen is not touch screen - the player has touch controls - except for selecting music you need to use the buttons on the side to move up and down your song list - an update to allow full use from the touchscreen button would be preferred. The unit is supplied with a standard usb sync / charge cable, a charger and headphones although the device also has a built in speaker. The units make is actually an ainol v950. I have tried loading photos and had to reduce their size in order to make them load quicker - everyone has displayed correctly. I have not tested the bookreader , radio battery life and game options much yet.

If you are happy with your music in folders and selecting them that way, if you require playlists, music sorted by artists etc ( excluding folders ) then you may need to look for something else. For more information see at Ricco

Lovely, very comfortable and light
Much more comfortable than toe post sandals like Birkenstock . Can hardly feel the straps at the toes, therefore does not cut into the toes when walking. Lovely design similar to the Birkenstock Cozumel but cost less. I bought the polar blue pair. Lovely pale blue with silver flower motifs, subtle but beautiful. The straps are less chunky therefore more feminine and making the feet feel so light when wearing the sandals. Good buy.

Most comfortable shoes ever!
Great comfort and support, even for flat and wide feet (like mine). I bought two different sandals and am extremely happy with them. I have found myself forgetting to take them off :)

Bliss on the feet.
These are really fab on the feet, really comfy, and already noticed my knees and hips are less sore because my posture is better. and like the other reviewer, if I could afford it, would them in every colour.

Join the club!
Everyone raves about them but I wasn't so sure. I ordered them here as they are such a good and I'm SO glad I did. They haven't left my feet since they arrived! I've joined the club and am looking for my next pair. So comfy, so cool.
I'd suggest a size smaller than you would normally wear as they come up big. Delivery was quicker than stated. some now! Tell all your friends.

fab footwear
I have a regular pair of 'Birkenstocks' which I love and wear every day. I saw these at a bargain and had to order some. They are just as beautiful in real life as they are on the picture! If you haven't worn them before, they take some getting used to as the soles are moulded, but it is worth the effort.

Great shoes
I've ben thinking of getting some of these for a while and when I saw the they were on I couldn't resist!
These are possibly one of the most comfy pairs of shoes I own, the way the sole is moulded really supposrts your feet and I can wear them for hours, they look pretty good too!

McCann's steel cut oatmeal is good stuff. I was always tired of many hot breakfasts because it felt like you were eating something that though it may have tasted good it lacked appeal because it had no chew or texture to it. Try this steel-cut oatmeal and see if it is not a whole lot more interesting. Dress it up with a little milk, cream, maple syrup. brown sugar, molasses.

Give it a chance, it grows on you

McCann's has a very different taste and texture than Quaker instant oats or other quick oat products, but it will grow on you. It takes a few more minutes to make, so a little planning is required if you're an up & go kind of morning person, but it's worth it. It's quite filling. The tin cans are neat. My first order arrived with one can popped-open and the oatmeal spilled into the box, but Amazon sent a new can, actually four new cans, at no charge. With a total weight of 5.1 ounces and slim measurements of 3.87 x 2.91 x 0.87 inches (WxHxD), the nüvi 350 is just right for the pocket or purse. A bright, 64,000-color display dominates the front of the device and a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels means that there's plenty of room for displaying map data and other elements of the device's interface. Found On Line (could not find in stores)!!!
Our daughter (in Kindergarten) was made aware of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Teddy Bear Mascots after seeing a friend with one of the mascots from a set in school. Unfortunately, her friend had her set purchased in either Hong Kong or Mainland China by her dad during a business trip there. We purchased them on line after making unsuccessfuly attempts to find them locally. You'll find disparity in my rating between "fun," "educational," "durability," and "overall" categories but these Mascots were purchased to own unique Teddy Bears with historical relevance rather than for their fun factor or educational value (actually, if you dig deeper, you'll find historical and therefore educationals relevance behind these characters). I know that when we find these high quality well made toys tucked away in the future, we'll immediately recognize them as the "Official Beijing 2008 Olympic Teddy Bear Mascots." So I wouldn't be surprised if these are sold in the future as collectors' items for more than their current face value but for us, they'll just be a part of our daughter's Teddy collection...

This Olympics Beijing 2008 Fuwa will be Olympics Official Mascots.

They were introduced at the Workers' Gymnasium in Beijing. These Olympic mascots will be carrying the message of friendship, peace and well wishes from China.

The designed of mascots for children message is universal in its appeal. The five Fuwa are formed from 4 of Chinas most popular animals, the Fish, the Panda, the Tibetan Antelope, the Swallow and the fifth is the Olympic Flame.

The Fuwa each have a rhyming two-syllable name, an established way of expressing friendliness for children in China.

Fuwa is also supposed to represent the land, beliefs and hopes of people from every part of China. In ancient Chinese culture there's a custom of spreading good wishes with signs and symbols.

The Fuwa symbolizes a different blessing for each one of the five.

The Playstation 3 is the best console you can get these years, bar none. Unfortunately Sony has decided to remove some the extra-specs to cut costs and lower the prices, such as usb ports, memory card reader and the Graphics Synthesizer which allows you to play PS2 games on PS3. Plus this pack is bundled with the all-new DualShock 3 controller, along with the best game ever: Metal Gear Solid 4. I know, this review looks like a Sony dude's but it's not, I'm very happy with my console. Besides, as soon as you look at it, you'll want to treasure it forever.
